About your request
About Character Designs and Original PSDs♦ Please let us see what the design will look like at the time of quotation. If you have not yet completed the character design or rough sketch, please let us know the direction of the design you are planning to take and the illustrator who will be in charge of it.♦ If possible, we would appreciate it if you could divide the parts of the illustration into smaller pieces.
Basically, we are producing models with a wide range of motion, so we always need to revise the original drawings even after we start producing the model. Please ask the illustrator to revise the model, or ask us for permission to do so.♦ It is easier to create a model if the drawing is symmetrical, but not all parts need to be perfectly symmetrical.
However, if the face is not facing straight ahead (i.e., the outline of the face and the shape of the eyes are not symmetrical), we will not be able to accept the model.♦ If you want to have a model with a mouth movement or a vowel expression, we recommend that you have the illustrator draw a reference of the mouth. We can create a model without a mouth reference, but please understand that it may be difficult to accommodate detailed requests.♦ The earliest it takes us to produce a model is one month. So basically, you need to provide us with the psd file before the delivery date of 45 to 60 days +.
About production♦ We will ask you about your particular points of interest and focus on them. We will also leave the detailed specifications of the Live2D modeling to you.♦ We will not be able to make any major changes to your requests after production has begun or is completed.♦ If there is no particular problem after the start of production, we will not report on the progress during the production process, but will proceed directly to completion. Therefore, we will contact you mainly before the start of production and after the completion of production.
Tracking software♦ VtubeStudio (iOS tracking) is recommended, but if an iOS device is not available, tracking with a webcam is also possible, but please note that tracking accuracy will be slightly reduced.♦ We do not accept models using FaceRig, Animaze, or NizimaLIVE.
Publication of Achievements♦ If you do not specify, we will release your work one to two months after delivery. If there is a deadline by which the results cannot be released, we will release them after that period if you let us know before the start of production.
About the data to be delivered♦ Live2D models (moc3) to be delivered will be optimized for tracking software.♦ We do not transfer cmo3 files for private projects.♦ We do not transfer copyrights, etc., but there is no problem with making money through VTuber activities.♦ Resale of Live2D models (moc3 files) is prohibited.♦ We will fix any bugs or defects in the model after delivery free of charge.♦ Retakes are free of charge if the corrections are simple and can be summarized. However, if the corrections are complex, multiple corrections, or additional requests are made, additional fees may be incurred.
About Production Costs
♦ Production cost will be 1,400 USD or more. The specific amount will vary depending on the design and other factors.♦ Payment is currently accepted by WISE only.♦ Payment is basically in this flow:
10% down payment -> 50% at the beginning of production -> 100% before delivery♦ The customer is responsible for all international transaction fees. In the case of multiple installment payments, multiple commission payments will be required. If this is a concern, full payment can be made prior to production.
